I am Chef Dulcia Alexander a native of Kingston Jamaica and migrated to the US in 2000. Inspired by my only child (son) who enlisted in the US Navy, and overcame his greatest fear of swimming. He encouraged me by saying you need to conquer your biggest fear too because you are an amazing cook and the world should know. Little did I know this would be the start of Jazz Jazz Cooking. 

Cooking with Jazz Jazz  is a locally owned, with an upcoming YouTube channel, built on the faith and fearlessness of a single mother who raised her only child to be brave. Jazz Jazz Cooking displays dishes from both authentic Jamaican and Southern foods.​Providing customers with recipes, ingredients, apparel, cookware, and more
